•  What services do we offer?
  
  REALIZA offers a wide range of manufacturing services, including custom design, mass production, and assembly. We are a small one-stop factory covering all processes: from creative services and engineering to manufacturing and final packaging. 

• How much do our services cost?
  
  Not holding back the tough questions eh?   It’s very difficult to set a relative cost for production services, as the manufacturing method is usually determined by the final goal. If you’re looking for something that fits in the palm of your hand, you can probably get it for under €100. However, due to the wide variety of manufacturing technologies and materials available, it’s generally not possible to price a part until we have a 3D file to process and a clear understanding of the project’s objective. Some projects can reach costs of several thousand euros. If you already have a 3D file, the best way to move forward is to REQUEST A QUOTE. 

•  How big can we manufacture?
  
  How big do you want it?! No joke.
  Any piece can be divided into multiple parts and assembled to bring even your most ambitious projects to life. Our post-processing and painting booth measures 7 × 4 × 4 meters. However, for single-piece manufacturing, these are the maximum sizes of our fabrication technologies:
  - FDM 3D Printing PLA/ABS/ASA: 800x800x1000mm
  - MSLA resin 3D printing: 350x200x400mm
  - Molding/casting under pressure: 350x350x700mm
  - Rotocasting:800x1000x2000mm
  - Lasercut: 1500x3000mm
  - Post-processing and paintwork: 4000x4000x7000mm

•  What type of files do you need to produce a project?
  
  Our specialty is starting from an image (JPG, PNG, …) to create the final 3D model. What is important is that when you send us the image, you also tell us the size/dimensions you have in mind for the final piece.
  We also manufacture parts for which you already have a 3D model; in this case, an STL file is ideal, but we also accept OBJ, STEP, IGES, or 3MF.

• How long does it take to manufacture a project?
  
  We can complete the most basic orders in less than one week from quote approval to production and delivery. Exact lead times depend on the complexity of the project, our current workload, and in most cases, requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We can manage some same-day jobs and URGENT orders, although availability may vary.
